Our approach of Collaborative Working and Partnering Approach is underpinned by our values of ‘openness’ and ‘integrity’, we want our relationship with our Clients to be based on trust and reliability.
We have a highly skilled, dynamic and motivated team who understand and share the Company’s attitude of bringing traditional practices and innovative techniques to solve the complex and varied needs of our clients on any project.
Through our UKAS Accredited Quality Management & Environmental Systems (ISO 9001:2015/14001:2015) we strive to deliver high quality through continual improvement, creating satisfied customers through professional excellence.
In line with our integrated ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system, we maintain comprehensive processes, procedures and training to ensure the quality of our work and delivery of services. Our approach focusses on prevention rather than detection of quality failures, resulting in minimum faults and rectifications and supporting the client’s ‘right first time’ philosophy.
As part of our fully-integrated ISO9001: 2015 certified quality management system, well-established processes are in place for both product and materials suppliers as well as sub-contractors. This system is a comprehensive and well-defined procedure maintained for capturing, collecting, collating and assessing the operational and financial performance of each contract to ensure ongoing improvements in our services. Both quantitative and qualitative data is recorded via our own Confirm asset information management system, used to benchmark our performance, identify areas for improvement and establish realistic goals.
A culture of collaborative working is promoted within our organisation from top management down, and our team is experienced in taking a ‘partnership’ approach and proactively engaging with all stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of works. This style and way of working will be adopted with all our clients and used to maximise the level of service we provide and add value at all opportunities. From experience, effective contract management requires flexibility and a willingness to adapt processes to reflect the needs of clients and their customers as well as changes to working practices. As a result, our team is continually investigating opportunities to introduce improvements and identify appropriate innovations to achieve this, which in turn supports collaborative working.
